- EDErica DeLoachAug 13, 20241.0We live in the neighborhood and this bank regularly blasts music/has live music playing with amps and microphones on a residential street. It fills out whole apartment for hours. It’s so exhausting, inaccessible, and makes me not want to bank there because of how disrespectful this is to the surrounding community. We’ve asked them before to turn it down but we’re treated rudely. I’m disabled and housebound with health issues that are constantly triggered by sound issues from them, and it’s becoming miserable to live here but I can’t leave. (Like right now: they have live music blasting on the street on a Tuesday night despite being closed). Please stop with the live music or at the very least, please stop using mics/amps in a residential area.

While there the bank staff that attended to my needs was very helpful and courteous. He gave my son two plush toys that made my little guys day. One complaint: I'm not used to banks with teller window counters that are easily visible from the street through the store windows. The street can be very busy and people will see if you are depositing or withdrawing money as it's counted out. Consider getting frosting or advertisement clings in the windows nearest the counters.
