  Northview VP/banker Chris Kaiser exceeded my expectations in helping me with my 2023 RMD Qualified Charitable Distributions. Although it was late in the year, she made sure that the charities & I could benefit from this. Also, due to arthritis in my hands it was difficult for me to address the envelopes, so she did it for me. Chris is one of the reasons I am a customer of Northview Bank and Trust.

  Visited with Nicoletta yesterday to address some needed changes; she was wonderful! I will definitely rethink going into a bank personally. It is a lovely facility and everyone is most helpful.

  Awesome customer service. My family owns a Mexican restaurant and we've been banking at the Northbrook location even before opening our business. This folks helped us getting our PPP loan to maintain our payroll and be able to pay our hardworking staff, I couldn't thank them enough I know it's hard times for every business owner. If your looking for a new bank relationship come to this guys we highly recommend them.

  The staff here spent nearly half an hour trying to figure out why I couldn’t log in to my account, and still couldn’t fix it. I went to the other branch over by Willow and 94 and they fixed in in five minutes. Go there instead.

  Great bank with bankers who care about you and your business. I used to do my business banking with Chase but got no where near the attention and connection I get with WinTrust bankers. I can't speak to their consumer products but if you're a business owner I highly recommend them.
