Other than that its mediocre customer service.

Used to have tellers that were helpful & kind, now they have video tellers that only care about rushing thru your transaction. ATM at this location likes to eat up your money/not accept it as a deposit.

- TWTom WingerMar 20, 20211.0This is a good bank if you have no options. The customer service is rude and you must wait along time. If you use online banking to deposit checks they only allow a small limit unlike any of my other banks. In addition the funds are not available for at least 5 days. I have a Steller credit history so not sure why this is. Would only recommend this as a last resort. I keep an account there because I don't want to set up new on line debits so shame on me for being a member
