- TBTodd BrookSep 24, 20251.0I would strongly avoid this branch. We have spent months trying to complete what should have been a straightforward trust transfer. Despite providing all paperwork and making multiple trips to the branch, the process is still unresolved. The staff repeatedly gave us wrong information, including telling us to open a new trust account when the original one was valid, and admitted paperwork wasn’t submitted simply because they were “too busy.” Even basic follow-ups, like connecting us with an advisor, never happened. We are CitiGold clients and expected much better. For comparison, Fidelity and Chase completed the same process in just two weeks with the identical documentation. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and accountability here has been shocking. Citi has become too big to care, and this branch is a clear example. There are many better institutions out there that actually value their clients.
