- RARomell AtwoodFeb 12, 20251.0This place wanted to give me the run around because I opened up my account in Zion and no one there recognize me as a regular. (Extra paperwork) as in 2 forms of I.D to cash a check over 500 because I don't usually go to this location but have been multiple times. It's a snow storm happening I'm in the drive thru for a cool 10 minutes being patient wondering why they look like they studying the check like it's fake or something. Long story short they felt like being racist or bias to me today by making it about policy making me give them 2 forms of I.D which I had but never experience this before. it is only 3 locations in the area and I never have this problem at the 2 other locations. So I pull out of drive thru to speak with a manager inside for her to explain why today and only at this location and all she kept saying is policy this policy that and I'm like yall policy suck because it's a new cashier in here every time I come. Which is part of the problem because if they don't know you or seen you come to this location before you well be taken through extra steps just to make a simple transaction. Went to location on Green Bay in and out in 5 minutes with no extra paperwork didn't even go to Zion where I so call opened up my bank account as the lady kept saying.
