  By far the worst bank ever. I came to the front bank teller Im order to open a checking account, I was told someone will be with me shortly. Upon waiting, I belived I was next in line, to my surprise someone else was helped before me. Only then did the one banker tell me these people had appointments and I will only get help if someone doesn't show due to me being a walk in. This was not verbalized to me when before hand. In addition there are 5 other office spaces in the front, no bank personel to help customers only one. There were other personel that walked by, not doing anything did not see me sitting for half an hour.

  I had a very nice and heartwarming experience. I was there to deposit some money but had limited time, as I needed to pick up my daughter from school. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn’t be able to finish everything in time. I mentioned this to a lady walking around — she looked like a manager — and her response was so reassuring. She made sure I’d be able to leave on time. The cashier with straight black hair was also very kind and warm. They both truly deserve recognition (and a raise!:) for their excellent service.

  Hello. I had a money withdrawal request and for the first sight it was impossible for such short period but manager did the best she could and fully satisfied my needs. Once again thank you very much! Great service, nice professional specialists.
