- DDDonJul 22, 20241.0BANK OF HOPELESS- If there’s way to give a zero star, I would. Do NOT bank here, these people have no knowledge of American customer service. This bank will nickel and dime to death. It took 25 minutes to cash a check written from this bank (drive thru) and If you don’t bank with them, they will add $5 fee for cashing checks written by their customers. They made photo copy of driver license WITHOUT any notice and consent. Worst bank ever! No concept of customer satisfaction and VIOLATION OF CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT. Will be filing formal complaint with Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's (IDFPR) Division of Banking (DOB).
