  Staff sucks!!! I called before the 45 minute drive up here. I was told that it costs $10.00 to cash a check if you don't have account with them, even tho the check itself is from wells fargo. Now they want to wait while they verify the check from their own bank. I hope i never ever have to deal with this bank with ever again.

  The blonde woman who assisted me was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to work. I asked her to help me pay my auto loan and she asked why I didn’t use the app instead. I mean mentioned that I wanted to pay down my principal, which the app doesn’t offer, and she seemed upset with me for trying to do so. She was rude the entire time. I have never been treated this way at other locations. Please teach staff the importance of kind customer service.

  To start off I would like to say I have been with WF for over 20 years. For the most part I have enjoyed their service. I stopped by on Saturday 10/4 and attempted to open a platinum savings account since the return interest rate is close to 4%. I was told since I lived in Will county I did not qualify for that offer and could not open a platinum savings account. I left the Bank and opened my platinum savings account online with no issues. I called the 1800 number to make sure that me living in Will county would not be an issue. I was told they had never heard of this being an issue. I have to say I was very disappointed to hear this. I understand this is Naperville a very nice area and our 40k probably is nothing for the people who live in this area but I am pretty sure any other bank would appreciate our business. Will be looking for new financial options.

  Came to this location to get some information about opening an account and was greeted immediately. The gentleman that helped me was so knowledgeable and polite. Even when we were interrupted a few times by his colleagues he apologized and made me feel at ease and important. I will be telling everyone my experience with Wells Fargo but especially Geovanni. I believe he was the manager but if he is not, he should be!

  Well Fargo bank not a good bank service in Naperville, is Lousy service, waist your time and tellers not knowledgeable had to explain to her what to do cause she said was going to be difficult?? I told her you need just to pull the cash from credit and well pull money from my saving and just give me a certified check how hard is that kept asking to verify my address didnt feel comfortable if your redrawing a big amount of money suppose there people in line they know your redrawing money and where you live crazy I never seen that . i guess she made it difilcult cause i said al help her so it won't be difficult as she said .she didnt help me so I call credit card line , they told me I dont have a problem with my card I can redraw 500 but she made it difficult being mischievous. this bank had a bad reputation before trying to grow and alot of fraud , but need more people well trained in customer service. Try to get cash from my credit card gave me a hard time, call credit card line said no problem show you can redraw cash even told me they can transfer it to my account but the only bad thing is I had to wait to use it 5 to 6 days , I try ATM but kept saying wrong pin but when I did it by teller went threw no problem. Teller said couldn't give me cash cause my account but when I call credit card company they said there no problem. How contendricting is that .one say one thing and the other say different. Dont understand it. I guess teller wasn't knowledgeable making me late for my Dr appointment wasn't feeling well,had a bad fall and waiting for her to tell me no with everything . Disappointed. thought having them in our neighborhood would be a blessing dont need to go far but was wrong terrible service, too at door greeters makes you feel uncomfortable. The Bank feels cold not inviting 😕 . Won't be going there anymore. If you look at cameras they were second guessing the money truck security officer too!!! Lol , not good to do that in public should of took that business in the back .when he first came in .unprofessional Don't recommend this bank .
