    Great service. Right when we walked in we were greeted by a couple of employees. We did make an appointment online but we were 30 minutes early and they got us in right away. It was a good location with easy parking.

    Staff sucks!!! I called before the 45 minute drive up here. I was told that it costs $10.00 to cash a check if you don't have account with them, even tho the check itself is from wells fargo. Now they want to wait while they verify the check from their own bank. I hope i never ever have to deal with this bank with ever again.

    The blonde woman who assisted me was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to work. I asked her to help me pay my auto loan and she asked why I didn’t use the app instead. I mean mentioned that I wanted to pay down my principal, which the app doesn’t offer, and she seemed upset with me for trying to do so. She was rude the entire time. I have never been treated this way at other locations. Please teach staff the importance of kind customer service.

    To start off I would like to say I have been with WF for over 20 years. For the most part I have enjoyed their service. I stopped by on Saturday 10/4 and attempted to open a platinum savings account since the return interest rate is close to 4%. I was told since I lived in Will county I did not qualify for that offer and could not open a platinum savings account. I left the Bank and opened my platinum savings account online with no issues. I called the 1800 number to make sure that me living in Will county would not be an issue. I was told they had never heard of this being an issue. I have to say I was very disappointed to hear this. I understand this is Naperville a very nice area and our 40k probably is nothing for the people who live in this area but I am pretty sure any other bank would appreciate our business. Will be looking for new financial options.

    Came to this location to get some information about opening an account and was greeted immediately. The gentleman that helped me was so knowledgeable and polite. Even when we were interrupted a few times by his colleagues he apologized and made me feel at ease and important. I will be telling everyone my experience with Wells Fargo but especially Geovanni. I believe he was the manager but if he is not, he should be!
