- Y2Yankees 2009Nov 10, 20251.0Today I tried to deposit a check. I don’t have the bank card so it has to go through a teller. It was 2:30 and not even one teller was available. I asked why, and one employee (the Chinese male) said because people can get sick. He didn’t offer any apology for the inconvenience and his tone was very rude arrogant. I will never go in this branch anymore.

She didn't even try to help or give me an alternative so I am just out 2k for 45 days until they investigate I thought like everyone else that's why atm's have cameras. I might not have millions of dollars in your bank but I am a customer LIZ!!!! & Citi Bank I will spread the word on how bad of a bank you are!!!!!!

You will be on hold forever only to be told to come into the branch. UPDATE: Still disappointed with this bank. The online banking experience is horrible and takes a long time to post to your account. This entire establishment needs to close down.
