  THIS BANK IS A SCAM, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. I have had a credit card with this bank for at least 6 years. I always pay my balance in full on time. Someone hacked into my doordash account, used my card stored on my doordash to purchase over $2,000 worth of things. I immediately called Citi and Doordash. I have been dealing with Citi for TWO MONTHS with at least 7-10 calls with them. They have refused to credit me back for these charges. When I call to say how unbelievably disgusting this is, they tell me I'll get my money and push me off the phone. Nothing changes. DISGUSTING LIARS AND THIEVES. They will respond to your review and say "email us". They will respond to the email with the bare minimum and say they will call you. They never call you. Now I'm stuck eating over $2,000 I did not spend. ABSOLUTELY SICKENING. I will pay down my balance and cancel with this bank. BEWARE OF THIS BANK.

  I received excellent service from Jalpa Patel!! She assisted me with closing an account which became fraudulent and then opened a new checking account for me. She made the process so smooth and was so courteous and nice the entire time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

  Scary at night. I work at a restaurant and want to deposit my cash tips. The front door is never locked, and there is a random box of salt by the door. I have been with Citi for almost 20 years and this is a first.

  Have had several positive experiences with the staff and love the free coffee! Very pretty inside!
