  My five stars are for the Mount Prospect branch. But I will be comparing this branch to the Des Plaines branch. The Des Plaines branch, I would maybe give one star to it. I much prefer the MP branch over the DP branch. MP branch makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. It does not have a cold feeling, like DP’a branch. Teller’s are polite, professional, and quick. Unlike the DP branch, tellers talk way too much to the ppint where it orders uncomfortable. I am the kind of person that wants to go into the bank. Do what I need to do and leave. And at Mount Prospect branch I can do that however at the Des Plaines branch there’s one teller who just talks and talks and talks, and even when you make the hints that you are ready to go, you’re there for an extra 10 minutes after you did your banking business.

  Unfortunately I waited at least 10 minutes for a teller to become available, the irony is there was only one teller working, and there was only one customer in front of me, who had other needs that could’ve been facilitated without holding up the line. I finally made it to the teller window and I had a deposit ticket that had writing on it. The teller could have written 500 over the 250 that was already written on the deposit ticket, I went to the Des Plaines branch, and they made the process very simple and quick. Is there a double standard??

  European teller has no customer service experience. Rude to customers. Other employees I dealt with are fine people.
