- MMMIKE MANDASFeb 28, 20232.0Unfortunately I waited at least 10 minutes for a teller to become available, the irony is there was only one teller working, and there was only one customer in front of me, who had other needs that could’ve been facilitated without holding up the line. I finally made it to the teller window and I had a deposit ticket that had writing on it. The teller could have written 500 over the 250 that was already written on the deposit ticket, I went to the Des Plaines branch, and they made the process very simple and quick. Is there a double standard??
