I had to open and close an account, she was the most helpful and saved me from a situation I was in! She also checked on me the next business day to make sure everything was good in my mobile app! Oh, I also walked out with a debit card for my new accout! I appreciate you Stephanie and all you do! Thank you.

Deposited $1000 cash into bank yesterday....today they say nothing was even deposited into my account. Thank goodness my husband kept his receipt! Manager gave us attitude from the moment my husband walked in & it was there mistake. If i could give a 0 star rating i would. Customer service is a 0. Bank is a 0. They did resolve the issue. But still that's a lot of money to some people for the bank to lose.
