- MGMarina GriffinDec 5, 20251.0No one answers the phone. I closed my account last Friday in person at this bank. They assured me that it was closed. I asked for confirmation that it was closed, some kind of document. She said she wouldn’t be able to provide that. Today I’m still getting updates about my $0 balance (I emptied the account) but I shouldn’t be getting anything because my ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT EXIST.
