- SMSue MJun 6, 20231.0They say by appointment only- so you call to get an appointment and you get a recording that lies that someone will come and that you are important...-then it decides you are not important and sending you to voicemail. Tried multiple times. Guess they do not need new business.
- ZZZenath ZenathJan 6, 20231.0Business hours are not preferred. They open at 9am and closed at 5pm during the week. I was there at 8:50am the manager had us waiting in the rain until exactly 9:00am. Once he open the doors, he had the Audacity not to greet us respectfully. Not even a hello with a smile.
- AJAllison JordanAug 18, 20221.0The manager Adam is rude, insensitive and basically acts kind but talks to you like it's a public aid office and you are beneath him or like I am his child, .he is not accomodating...this entire First Midwest to OLD NATIONAL has been a nightmare...it's not the same bank...I WILL FIND ANOTHER BRANCH!!!!
