- BMBilly MyersMar 15, 20251.0I see why the reviews are terrible for this location. Tried to do a simple routine withdrawal from a business account and they made it an algebra problem. Lied and said there was a line full of people when it wasn’t. The teller that took my information gave it to what I’m assuming is a higher up. This location sucks. Lockport and Joliet locations run much more efficiently.

I've also been getting bank statements since the account was apparently closed. Old National as a whole is a complete garbage company. Never bank with Old National.
