She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I brought my 2 little girls and she provided them with books and coloring pages. That was way beyond for me because it was the only bank to do that. That was exactly helpful so I could concentrate to what was important. I highly recommend this bank. Friendly staff and it was very easy to open a checking account. I am so glad I went there. 👍

Krista provided terrible customer service, its quite clear she's new to banking because every question we had, required a call back which would have been ok if we received a call back, which we didn't. When we complained, the Branch Manager Michael Kooy was no better, no follow through until we filed a bad review on Google then we get a letter acknowledging they made errors. We found it extremely hard to get through to ANYONE to file a complaint Their idea of relationship banking is all good until there is an issue and then they disappear and make it almost impossible to file a complaint Beware this bank has no customer service when you actually need it, they were great when they WANTED our business but failed miserably when we needed our banks support.
