Adina was assigned to help us, and I’m so happy that we were assigned to her! She was very helpful through a lengthy process, working past her lunch time to get our issues resolved. Her help continued after we left as we had a few questions, we called and she responded as quickly as possible with answers. Good team effort at this branch overall, but especially so from Adina. This kind of customer service is hard to find, and mom and I are very appreciative!
