- MWMikayla WrasseFeb 18, 20221.00 stars if possible. When this bank was bought last year, they messed up my credit report because something happened where my report showed I didn’t have a mortgage. I was trying to refinance, so I called to have this fixed and they told me they didn’t know how to fix this. Im unsure if this was ever fixed because luckily my lender was able to work around this. Fast forward to this year. It’s the 18th of Feb and I still don’t have my tax form from my mortgage. I called, my information was taken down, and I still haven’t received a call back 3-4 days later after being told someone would be calling me.
