I came back in today and completed the opening of a CD. The entire time she was kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. She has a wonderful sense of humor and made me laugh. She loves animals just as much as I do! But I digress. She reminded be of how banks used to be; more friendly and personable and they knew your name. First it took over 20 minutes for a deposit because the teller with longer white pulled back hair said a check I was depositing looked fake. Well it turns out it was just fine, she was wrong. Now I'm late for an appointment & quite upset. Then I was refused a cash withdrawal ONLY because I wouldn't tell the teller what I was going to do with MY money! I proceeded to my home branch and not only withdrew that money but additional money as well! I will no longer keep savings money in this bank, just the minimum to pay bills. What I do with MY money is NOT your business! Tootles.
