  Emily is a rock star! She make your financial dreams come true, and possibly your actual dreams, who knows, the sky is the limit here with Emily at your side, there are no limits, except maybe spending limits on your credit card, because this isn't Nam', there are rules.

  For my first time using a Credit Union, I can say it was simple and fast. Thank you very much to Emily Rowe for her help; from the beginning, she clearly detailed the entire process and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely return to this place and work with Emily again in the future

  Exceptional experience all around. Sharon helped us open a credit card and it was by far the smoothest / hassle-free application I have ever experienced. Great team work and a very welcoming environment. Sincerely recommend these folks.

  Customer service is horrible. Every call gets randomly “disconnected”. They do not help or ask for a good callback number or anything. Would not recommend.

  Was done and I mean putting money under the mattress done with banking after a terrible experience with usaa. Ryan at lake in the hills branch talked me off a ledge , signed me up for an account , and possibly restored some trust in banking system . Grateful for the experience. Grateful for the opportunity. Thank you Ryan . Also sent my dad . As we were both finished with usaa.
