Instead of calling their members with a courtesy call and obtain more info , Bank decided to block my whole account until I prove the funds of real state trasaction. Careful where you bank.🥺

Let me continue with saying I do not use the word racist unless deemed absolutely necessary, but this woman had the most unpleasant customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She proceeded to ask me “do you have a social security number?” I’m pretty sure that is not the correct way of asking for information from your customers. All we were trying to do was deposit a check for crying out loud! We want to give you our money. On top of this, she refused service and did not deposit the check. Mind you I had all the credentials necessary to do so. Worst experience of my life, I walked out feeling disgusted. Plain and simple this lady discriminated us by the way we looked no doubt in my mind.
