Barb knows me, not just my accounts, but my goals, my preferences, and the way I like to handle my financial life. She consistently goes above and beyond, offering thoughtful guidance and support that can only come from someone who truly cares about her clients. Her long tenure with the bank says just as much about her as it does about Lake Forest Bank itself. In a world of constant turnover, the fact that the bank has retained such a dedicated and loyal employee speaks volumes.   RE: Lake Bluff Branch Funny thing is I enjoy going to the Lake Bluff branch office - and I can't say that for all the others... First and foremost all the tellers are welcoming, friendly and always helpful. So a quick shout out of support and appreciation for Liz, Lucy and Teri.

  I called Barb Kubas needing a letter written and notarized. She was so very helpful got me what I needed in under an hour. This is a perfect example of why we bank with Lake Forest Bank. Excellent customer service!
