When I walk into Hoffman Estates Community Bank at 2200 W Higgins, I feel like I’m in my second home with Maria behind the teller line always greeting me with a smile. This establishment is a shining beacon in a sea of mediocre banks and I know Tim Crane is proud of what he has accomplished with this group of people at HECB.

Not 100% satisfied with their offerings, I was looking for another bank to start a small business account. Familiar with Wintrust from my previous employer, I decided to look into what they offer. The entrepreneur checking fit my needs perfectly. I visited the Hoffman Estates Community Bank location. I worked with Sam to open the account. She was pleasant to speak with and explained each step thoroughly. I also spoke with the Branch manager Dan R. after the account was opened. The team at this branch knows their stuff when it comes to customer service. Side notes, the lobby was very clean and organized. The waiting area had plenty of literature to look through and everyone that works there was very polite. Great location off of a main road and plenty of parking.
