- AKAtif KhanJul 12, 20251.0I used this bank’s ATM and received a ripped $50 bill. When I went through the drive-thru to get it exchanged, the teller initially agreed to do it as a one-time courtesy. However, another employee then told me they couldn’t exchange it without an account number and claimed they don’t service that ATM. The inconsistency and lack of helpfulness were really disappointing.
- NDNavin DavéJun 11, 20255.0I started hi I will coming to this bank since like so many years and I don’t know how this bank has tried the employees but they are awesome wonderful and I don’t have words to describe that they are so nice so efficient so cooperative so polite and so smart mostly, I come with Susie the cashier she’s great. Sometimes I work with other cashiers too. They are great too all the cashiers you know you will never be sad to come to this bank. Vicky and I said once I came, it was like five after and I told her you know you if you want to go we can do to my sister or no so she is willing to work even after hours and Abby oh my God she is such a young energetic lady so you know she is awesome wonderful Abby. I hope you handover this message to the branch and I offer I come to the manager to get my notary or other work sees me like the old friends are beating after 10 years so he is awesome too so you know I you should be proud of the employees of this bank that they are so wonderful so wonderful but make sure you try to save them. Otherwise someone would definitely steal your employees because they are great thanks this is Navin D
