- JCJeffrey CohenDec 16, 20171.0Change machine broken for six months! The teller offered to deposit up to $1 in change. One dollar. Said I should go to a grocery store or Walmart and use a change counting machine. I had $6 in change, mostly quarters, to deposit.
- NRNadine RAug 31, 20171.0I had several checks to pay my credit card which were refunds from my insurance claims which has been paid from the same card. The teller questioned me if this was a business account depositing multiple checks and I said no. It it really none of her business why I had multiple checks and no reason to tell me twice to deposit them into a checking account and then write one check. Once complete with my transaction I moved away from the desk and heard her telling the other teller that I was depositing multiple checks and not a business card. She didn't see I was still there. Absolutely rude. Northbrook branch is not convenient but the customer service and politeness of staff is superb.
