They said ‘go to an different branch’ I am disgusted at this location if I needed money in a bad way I would be screwed! I am gone you have lost my business been there 22 years. And yes I did put in a complaint email im sure they dont give a damn

The branch manager has absolutely no respect for customers and treated me in a manner that felt more like a street confrontation than professional service. It’s truly unacceptable in this day and age. Honestly, this bank needs to be removed from the map. Completely disgusting experience

Banker was not clear that it was deposit $3500 every month for 3 months even after confirming minimum of $3500 in account. Staff does not know their own products. Follow-up inquiries was just pass the buck
