- RKRuslana KalynyakOct 15, 20251.0Very unprofessional service, I came there today to open business account by appointment and employee are taking a different things everyone: first the girl tell me to bring my tax return, then few days later another guy called me and told me just have business registration number and finally another one said something different today means I need article from my business; I can agree with them, but it must be same talk from everyone who are working in the bank; never recommend this bank and staff are not interested to working with people, not friendly, not care about what they’re doing
- VMVicky MoraDec 6, 20211.0I have been trying to take my father to this bank (because he has an account with Wells) for the past 2yrs and there is rarely ever anyone there. I understand that it was due to COVID but they post OPEN online only to show up & have them be closed. Of 10x that I drove by, it’s been open 2x. And I feel so bad for some of the elderly people that I see make their way to the door only to see that it’s closed. Last time, I had to go to the one in Niles and when I questioned about this one, they told me that it’s not supposed to be closed. Either way, I’ve convinced my father that when it comes to banking & customer service, WF is definitely NOT the best place to go to.
