- TTTony TesauroMar 13, 20251.0Do not recommend this advisor. His entire office exhibits a pattern of poor customer service-found it impossible for the last few years to communicate with them. Whether it's an ordinary request/question, or wanting them to do what the Edward Jones main office requests: told by main office contact your advisor to complete certain forms, etc. I contacted and spoke with his office as instructed, a month almost passed/wait in limbo-no response from them. Finally got a new advisor.
