I went in here a couple days ago in a panic, I accidentally left my wallet on the roof of the car and drove off while taking my kid to school and didn’t realize it until I pulled into a gas station. The car was really low on gas, I went to this bank hoping to deactivate my card and get a new one or at least pull out the money I had in my account so I can put gas in the car and take my kid to school (he was already running late). When I explained what happened to a banker there, who I believe is the manager, she pretty much told me to kick rocks, saying she can’t help me because I don’t have an id, saying she can’t just give me a new card “because I want one” and if I didn’t have anything with my name on it there was nothing she could do. I literally begged for her to help me, saying I only have a couple miles left until I completely run out of gas and I have my young child with me that needs to get to school and I can’t get a new id if I can’t access my money, but she didn’t care the slightest bit, totally cool with the thought that me and my son could be stranded with no gas. Luckily I found someone willing to come out and pay for gas so it ended up being okay. I went into the coal city location today and explained what happened and that I needed a new card and it was no problem at all, they just needed my social to look me up it took like 5 minutes
