While the branch employees are still amazing, they work for a questionable company and now they are closing the knoxville branch. It was an absolute nightmare when the switchover happened with cards not working and accounts being messed up. Bank elsewhere. This company is not at all concerned with the customer. Five-star review from when it was First Midwest: Always friendly service and never a long wait. They always call me by name.They've sent replacement cards and protected my account several times when it was compromised.

Four months in a row I have either had to fax info or come in person to give info that I'm a signer on the account. FOUR MONTHS IN A ROW! Can you imagine trying to do banking and them requesting the same info each and every single time? You're not a signer on the account??? YES I AM! YES I AM! Here is the paperwork... I went in person ... we set it up in person ... WHY is this falling through the cracks??? This goes on each month four in a row...
