Four months in a row I have either had to fax info or come in person to give info that I'm a signer on the account. FOUR MONTHS IN A ROW! Can you imagine trying to do banking and them requesting the same info each and every single time? You're not a signer on the account??? YES I AM! YES I AM! Here is the paperwork... I went in person ... we set it up in person ... WHY is this falling through the cracks??? This goes on each month four in a row...
