- PCPhillip CooperDec 9, 20241.0I called about a business withdrawal to have funds to purchase a vehicle this evening and even called the customer service at this location prior and they (Providence customer service) left a voicemail about the withdrawal at this location for me. 30 mins goes by I thought I’d stop by because I heard nothing and was 5 mins away. 5 staff members in this office, no other customers were there, and one was on a personal call. I’m told I can’t make that withdrawal at the amount, but besides the continue end of the day management walls of a cash withdrawal. Answer your branch phones or cut the overhead expense to shut them off. I’ll continue to use Indiana branches. Also, their pens are completely out to fill out any checking slips

Yes I have been locked out of my account on occasion but it is always something that I have done. I appreciate all the security features they have provided. I am thankful I found this bank!
