Yes I have been locked out of my account on occasion but it is always something that I have done. I appreciate all the security features they have provided. I am thankful I found this bank!

You should not have to go through all this work just to be able to access your account. EDIT: Now they want to get it handled because their review score is taking a hit. They are a nightmare to deal with. Do not use Providence as your bank.

I haven't been able to get into my online account for a while now, even though I know the password and recovery questions/answers. If you're looking for a bank to use, do not use Providence Bank. You may randomly be locked out of your account and never receive any help from the bank.
