- AAAditya AgarwalNov 14, 20252.0Great people, shitty customer service, don’t get their credit card- there’s no way easy to connect it to your citi account and pay for it, customer service is just a bot repeating non existing problems for me and not addressing the issue, it’s messed up hoe bad their process is, like I have a credit card from the same company at the same time and then i have the bill for the credit card but the credit card is not connected to the account and no way to understand how to even do it

If you need financial advice I would definitely check her out. They offer a variety of services and I have been to more then enough locations but these folks are ready to get it done.
