- OGOctober GunawanAug 12, 20231.0Tried to get a replacement dollar because the roll of dollar coins I got had a 100 rupee coin in it instead of a Susan B Anthony dollar coin. Rafael said that because I couldn't prove it came from the roll they gave me and they get it from a trusted company or somesuch that there was no remedy to the situation, so I'm out $1 from no fault of my own. I suggest everyone, especially businesses, check their rolls of coins obtained from this bank so they don't also get ripped because of their quality control issues.
- FBFran BuckleyJun 25, 20224.0I really liked the bank when it was still Ev Bank & Trust; people knew you and were friendly. Byline bought it, and there were a few hiccups in the transition. Some of those I knew are still there and are still personable and helpful. I haven't had to transact anything difficult yet under the new owners. Hope all is still the same in regard to personal service.
