- VKValerie KellyOct 24, 20251.0I just got out $500 from the Byline lobby ATM which charged me $3.50. The $500 was all in $20 bills which I was informed of at the time of of withdrawal. So, after getting the twenties, I asked the teller to please exchange $200 of twenties to 2 hundred bills. I was told the bank will NOT exchange the twenties they just gave me for 2 $100 bills because I am not an account holder at their bank. Ugh!! WHAT! I went down the street and asked Chase. Chase said they will always give a $100 to non-account holders and would have absolutely exchanged the $20 bills if I had gotten them at their lobby ATM.
