He has already stolen over $1 million from me and wells fargo has not returned 1 of my calls texts or emails in 4 months. Im sitting at a restaurant outside of the USA where i was double charged for lunch 2days ago and the Bot bait and switched me to another bot.

I opened a checking account online on June 16, and received confirmation email that my application for the new checking account was complete. 2. However, next June 17, I received an email from their data prevention team which stated that my newly opened checking account would be closed by July 1. 3. I called the phone provided and waited for about 30 minutes. I was told that my account was on hold and I needed to go to their local office in person to avoid account closure. 4. I went to Elmhurst, IL office on Saturday, June 18. Waited about 30 minutes to meet one of their bankers, and she told my account had been closed. I asked her why my account had been closed, but she told me she did not know. After another long time waiting phone call to their data prevent team, the answer was still 'do not know'. They told me they can close my account any time per the agreement when opening the account. Hard to believe this kind of business practice you just push customers away without any reason - not sure how can you grow your business by doing this way? I had opened accounts with other banks but I never had this kind of expenses. Wish your management will notice this and get it improved soon.
