  Well what I can say about Christine is she definitely has no bed side manner. I guess I didn't have enough money for her to care to much. She never "advised" me like a finacial advisor. I spoke to her about her how I felt she was treating me. Didn't matter she still treated me the same way. This was the first time I ever had any money of any kind and I was clueless about what to invest in and how everything works. She never offered any advice to me about anything. Mentioned to her one time about investing in a stock I had learned about and she flat out said no. It got to the point where I would call home office just to avoid talking to her. When I ran out of money all emails from the last 4 years were deleted from my email and I can no longer access my account even if I needed some kind of documentation from my account. They cut off my access.. No, phone call, no, nothing, no, thank you for your business.Just nothing I would advise going to somebody who carries a little bit more about where your money goes.And a little bit more about who you are as a person. She was very familiar with my family too over the years.So, it wasn't like she was a complete stranger.And that's still the way she acted.

  I love the people who work there. Even though they changed departments, they're still the same great people they always were.

  I called to set up an appointment and this representative did not even give me her name nor what her title was. Instead she told me to email her my questions. So I tried asking more questions and hung up on me. My thoughts on an organization that your willing to roll over your investments such as your 401k, the standard at that location is poor. I think that if you’re treating future prospects this way, run for the hills, these are big red flags. Do not trust this place!!! Not professional.

  Christine and Cathy have helped guide my finances for a four years now - they're attentive, available, down to earth and knowledgable. They customize my financial planning to my unique (and variable) needs and interests. It's obvious that they care about their client's interests, and work hard to help them meet their goals - I always hang up the phone with them feeling like I'm on the right track. Highly recommended!
