Tried to file theft charges against the Elburn bank branch but the Elburn Police wouldn’t file a report and told me it was a civil matter. Had sufficient funds in my account only to wake up to $216 of overdraft charges on a check that cleared the day after. Prior to this the bank had credited me over $396 in overdraft charges for the same scrupulous activities for past instances. Tired of dealing with the branch manager Cici who is as useless as a fat lady at a Beauty contest. Taking my business to First State Bank where they don’t continually steal from their long term customers.
