- KSKelsey SkulavikNov 1, 20251.0DO NOT BANK WITH CITI. Someone hacked into one of my food delivery apps and used my card to charge 6 different deliveries, totally over $2,400. I called Citi immediately, as well as the merchant. It has been nonstop phone calls trying to resolve this for almost 2 months. They continue denying me my money back and when I call to complain, they lie saying I will get my money back, push me off the phone, and nothing changes. They're liars and thieves. NEVER BANK WITH THEM.
