- KSKelsey SkulavikNov 1, 20251.0DO NOT BANK WITH CITI. Someone hacked into one of my food delivery apps and used my card to charge 6 different deliveries, totally over $2,400. I called Citi immediately, as well as the merchant. It has been nonstop phone calls trying to resolve this for almost 2 months. They continue denying me my money back and when I call to complain, they lie saying I will get my money back, push me off the phone, and nothing changes. They're liars and thieves. NEVER BANK WITH THEM.

En principio mi prometido iba a utilizar su bussines card de su propia empresa, despues decidio hacerlo con la suya personal, la empleada, una señorita african american, comento “right, you dont use your card for fun, right”? No se que se atrevio a insinuarporque desconozco que entiende for “fun” en su vida personal, pero la cosa no quedo ahi. Sus conocimientos eran altamente limitados y no tenia ni idea de hacer una transferencia por lo que nos tuvo unos 45min, insinuando que era culpa nuestra cuando le estabamos dando una cuenta de banco directamente desde la applicacion del banco. Finalmente mo hicimos en casa en menos de 5 min. Eviten en la medida de lo posible visitar la oficina si pueden hacerlo desde casa, ahorraran tiempo y evitaran groserias varias (no fue la unica). No entiendo por q emplean a este tipo de personas, o si quieren perder clientes🤷♀️
