I spoke with someone on the phone about opening up an account. I asked what I needed to bring. Arrived the next day. Was told to wait. Waited a very long time. They let someone pass me. Waited some more. Finally got to talk to someone who said that I needed more documents than I brought among other things. Im not going to waste another second in that bank, I’d rather just go somewhere else. My advice to the readers — find a bank that is reliable and credible. This bank is not that.
