- DGDiego Gabriel6 days ago1.0I am baffled on how horrendous the customer service is at this branch. Last week I came into the branch with fraud on my account, still pending. After standing in the middle of the branch unacknowledged for 15 mins, the teller tells me they’re going to charge me a fee to stop the fraudulent charge? I tell her to put the stop payment anyway and to have her manager call me. The call from the manager Lordhits R. never came, I had to call customer service to make sure the stop payment was applied and the fee was waived. I came into the branch yesterday to close my account due to the horrible service and the banker Claudia A. refuses to give me my money, which has no restrictions whatsoever.. and CALLS THE POLICE just because I requested to speak to the manager. What??? Unreal. I had to go knock on the manager’s door for her to come out and give me my money. I ended up leaving with my cash, which the banker Claudia A. said wasn’t an option.. but I guess it was?? I’m bringing this straight to the top, because the way this branch and the staff operates, shows they have no accountability from direct leadership. I called customer service to put a formal complaint, they said someone from that team will reach out within 24hours. Let’s see if that even happens.
