However, when I visited to finalize my decision, Brisa and Melanie provided me with various alternatives and were exceptionally friendly and informative. Their support encouraged me to keep some funds there.
- CKC KJul 20, 20215.0Staff is super friendly. If you have issues, they are generally fixed rather quickly. Hours are a little restricted so it's not convenient if you work past 5. Otherwise, I love this bank and the staff!

- MMMMay 17, 20201.0Heartland has normal banking hours, and no deposit ATM's in all of DeKalb. Their website/app are laughably unworkable and outdated. They don't have any form of digital check cashing, and money transfers to my other accts are done as 'bill pays' to myself, for example. Try somewhere else if you work normal 9-5 hours, are paid by physical check, or deal in cash a lot. I still use chase as it's far more practical and convenient, and they don't even have a branch in town...
