- CSchappo shoezDec 4, 20251.0Customer service is very Poor. I literally have my social security card and identiation card at the bank branch. They say because I dont have my card or account number they cant verify and give me the info I need. Mind you all my account was closed in July how am I supposed to get the account info if they won't even let me login???? How am I supposed to carry a dead card for months of course I cant have the card. So whats the next step ? Just hope and wait I get my check right. Oh but what if something wrong happened and I dont see the check,. It's just a big loop thats wasting my time. I HIGHLY DONT recommend this bank!!!
