- LRLashay RobinsonDec 20, 20191.0On Dec 11th I went to this location to make a cash deposit through the ATM however the ATM took my cash deposit and printed a receipt stating that my cash could not be returned and to contact the customer service number at the bottom of the receipt. I then went inside of the branch and was told by the branch manager that there was nothing she could do as their branch is not responsible for their ATM machines. So I called the customer service number at the bottom of the receipt and was told I had to wait 10 business days to receive a provisional credit to my account. In the meantime, I was evicted from my apartment due to this issue. No one at this bank cared. This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life!!!!! I wish I could get in touch with a news broadcaster about this issue!!
