- CFChristopher FigueroaMay 7, 20251.0Honestly, im sick and tired of old national. I wish first Midwest wasn't bought out. I didn't choose old national. I had no choice. Tried to refinance. My credit is good. I've never been late on any payment. My debt to available credit ratio is solid. My debt to income is alright. My vehicle is worth more than the debt, but the reason I couldn't get approved from the underwriters was due to me changing employment recently. Was at a job for years before this new one. I've had nothing but problems with old national since they bought Midwest and this was just the most recent.

The north vermilion branch is an absolute atrocity to the corporation, as a whole… their employees are rude, incapable and, go beyond their reach to be the least accommodating as they possible can, while rationalizing the behavior as “policy” (their words, not mine) This is one the WORST banks I have to deal with. Do NOT recommend Save your time and your money (fees are RIDICULOUS) Bank at a credit union

I was told this was fixed and checked my account on my phone my account has not been fixed. Stay away from this bank I will most definitely be changing banks
