She was condescending from the beginning and then got an attitude when I asked her to staple the bank statement which I paid 3 dollars for. My account was from First Midwest which your bank absorbed and I will be changing my bank for my eBay sales. I only use this account for eBay and will just start using one of my other 3 bank accounts for this. That woman has an attitude and shouldn't deal with the public!

Passive aggressive and condescending behavior like this isn't the way a professional business should be portrayed. Let the people know how this will be dealt with. For context, it's the "Gucci belt guy" in the photo of another review referencing the same incident. He said to call him OJ. Do better!
