A simple question. I thought I was calling CL but even though the page shows the CL address, the phone number provided goes to a call center. I was queued with everyone calling any location instead of just those calling just CL. That should be changed to speed up the slow answering.

- CSChris SosnowskiJun 27, 20172.0Service is slow. The bank just feels a bit dated and lacking some modern conveniences and technology. You go in thinking that you'll be there for 10 minutes and a half hour later you leave feeling like that should have been easier. On the plus side, there is a nice savings program for kids, the receptionist is friendly, and the free Matt's cookies and Kurig are a bonus.
