A simple question. I thought I was calling CL but even though the page shows the CL address, the phone number provided goes to a call center. I was queued with everyone calling any location instead of just those calling just CL. That should be changed to speed up the slow answering.

You go in thinking that you'll be there for 10 minutes and a half hour later you leave feeling like that should have been easier. On the plus side, there is a nice savings program for kids, the receptionist is friendly, and the free Matt's cookies and Kurig are a bonus.
