- JBJohn BNov 5, 20251.0Do not bank here unless you absolutely have to. Bankers are not knowledgeable. Tried closing my account at the Crystal Lake location and was told the system was offline. When I asked if I could close my account any other way besides in person I was told no. Well to my surprise, after a brief ten minute phone call my account was closed withoutany issues. Do not waste your time here. Plenty of other banks to use that do not charge outrageous monthly fees.

He solved one problem and sat on the phone with help until they were able to tell him what needed to be done. He wrote all the instructions, thanked me sincerely, and sent me on my way.
