  Do not bank here unless you absolutely have to. Bankers are not knowledgeable. Tried closing my account at the Crystal Lake location and was told the system was offline. When I asked if I could close my account any other way besides in person I was told no. Well to my surprise, after a brief ten minute phone call my account was closed withoutany issues. Do not waste your time here. Plenty of other banks to use that do not charge outrageous monthly fees.

  Worst service and hours. Closing my accts. Unnecessary fees. Manager does not help when lines are forming just watches the one teller work. Ridiculous

  Great service. I had an appointment but the gentleman was busy. Someone else immediately sat me down in his office and assisted me. He solved one problem and sat on the phone with help until they were able to tell him what needed to be done. He wrote all the instructions, thanked me sincerely, and sent me on my way. I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you Alfonso.

  I went to Citi Bank in Crystal Lake to open a credit card and I was greeted with who I believe was the manager. I explained to her that I wanted to learn more about the credit cards that they have to offer. She seemed very rude to say the least. I was asking her questions about the credit cards and she was so short with me, rolling her eyes even. I wasn't sure what to do so I asked if she had a flyer where I could look at the information. I did not want to anger her more. She grabbed the flyer and threw it at me. I have never been so disrespected in a place of business. Finally, I asked where the restroom was and she didn't even look up from her phone and just pointed in the direction towards the restroom. I was left in tears. I do not know how they put someone like that in a position of authority but her role should be reevaluated. She belittled me and made me feel so unwelcome. I hope that her superiors will be more careful about who they put in charge. No one should be treated like rubbish.
