I was warmly greeted by Stephanie who kindly offered me a glass of cold water, and gave me a few details about their CDs. She turned me over to Jhan who gave me more information. I was impressed by the friendliness of both Stephanie and Jhan, as well as their knowledge of the bank’s products. There was never any pressure, and I never felt rushed. I walked out a new customer, and owner of a 1-year CD paying 4.4%. Well done, Wintrust…and welcome to the neighborhood.
