- FSFaZe SwayOct 28, 20251.0I was looking to buy a house & I took all my information to this branch. They was supposed to send it via inter office to the loan officer & they lost all my important documents. I went back after a week because I didn't get a call/email of any updates. The teller or the loan officer was no longer working there anymore. I don't understand how a business could loose a customer's personal information. I wouldn't recommend nobody to do business with them. This is so unprofessional & unacceptable for any business. I don't know y they still in business.
