  The drive thru is not big enough to drive thru safely! It's super-inconvenient and bad design. But the customer service at the actual branch is fantastic.

  The service at this Wintrust Bank is outstanding. I came to this location because the coin counting machine where we normally go to was broken. I called theor contact center and told them about this location and they refereed me here. As I approached the front door a young gentlemen opened the door for me and politely explained the coin counting machine in Sauganash was also broken and suggested I go to Elston and Pulaski. He was very polite, and I have never been greeted before at a bank. This explemplary service is what traditional old school service used to be. Bravo!

  Don’t use their drive thru ATM! The design is terrible… it’s just too difficult to make that left, 90-degree turn into that narrow lane. Especially if you have a bigger car, you risk damaging it on the guard pillars (bollards… weird word). Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Otherwise, it’s a good bank.

  I go to the bank and I'm told to sit and wait for the banker. I wait for 20 minutes and the banker shows up and takes me to his desk. I tell him I lost my wallet and need a new card. He asks me questions to get me my new card, but then gets a phone call and starts talking to his buddy about his buddy's life and his buddy's girlfriend and his buddy's plans and vacation. I look at him funny and he remembers he has A JOB. So then he finally gives me my card. Then I realize I lost something, so I go back and ask if they have a lost and found. The lady at the counter says no. Seriously, no lost and found? So then I see the same banker coming back and I look at him and ask if they have a lost and found, and he says yes. I look back at the lady and she says "Yeah we have a cabinet we put lost stuff in." She lied about there not being a lost and found. No apology, no humility, nothing. I'm switching banks.
