- ASAmy SchwartzOct 8, 20241.0The teller at this location who I usually see in person is really great. She is very helpful. However, if you are out of town and have a major issue it is nearby impossible to get a hold of a banker when you call. If you call customer service they will tell you that you need to speak to this location. However, they will not take calls or call you back. I'm not sure if it's the location or Wintrust issue in general but you can't get any customer service help in a timely fashion if you can't physically go in to the exact location. Id recommend a different bank if you ever have to travel or cant physically go in all the time. Wintrust has a glitch online recently with transfers but the location has to fix it but you can't reach the location. I will be closing my account with them soon.
