I went to this location to conduct business banking for my companies before a client meeting nearby. The manager Sandra is overtly racist and engages in discriminatory behavior towards those of color. I will be filing a formal complaint with Wintrust Bank, IN PERSON, and Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. As a licensed professional, with a fiduciary duty to the Health, Welfare, and Safety, of the public, this banks ambassador FAILED to maintain the welfare of the Public.
